Watch Deborah Santana, author, philanthropist and board member of the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD) share how as a champion of girls education, she produced two documentaries, “The Girls of Daraja” and “School of My Dreams” which tell the inspiring story of the first free all-girls secondary school in East Africa. Her “Do a Little” foundation supports women in the areas of health, education and happiness. As an author, she shares valuable tips for girls on developing the discipline necessary to be a writer.
