Pam Maycroft
Pam is the founding business officer at Julia Morgan School for Girls (JMSG). She has been at the school since early 2001 when she was first attracted to and remains inspired by the girl-centered mission, strong community and commitment to social justice. In her role at JMSG, she has shepherded the school’s finances from its early start-up phase through many years of growth. She has worked closely with board members, administrators and faculty to create and develop systems and a school culture of care to ensure the school’s sustainability to support girls’ development. Pam is excited to join the Career Girls board of trustees and feels a strong affinity for its mission to help girls, particularly BIPOC girls, envision and realize their unique potential. She also serves on the board of the California Independent School Business Officers Association. Pam earned a BA from Michigan State University in International Relations and a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
