Bio
Watch Rebekah Salwasser, whose career includes playing professional and semi-pro soccer, now works in sports management. She’s the executive director of Scholar Athletes, a nonprofit providing academic and athletic resources to more than 5,000 young people in Boston high schools. She pursued a career in youth development in sport because she was a beneficiary of sport throughout her life and wants to provide the same opportunities to young girls and boys. Rebekah’s advice to every young girl is: Confidence is key to your success−it’s going to open doors for you. Working where she can combine sport and education is the epitome of Rebekah’s mission.
