Watch Jacquelle Amankonah, YouTube Global Program Manager, share how the most rewarding part of her job is the impact she can make on the world as she helps YouTube creators grow from uploading that first video to becoming YouTube stars. After starting college early at age 16, she attended USC and pursued studies in both the creative and business aspects of the entertainment industry. Her dream was to work at Google, and with talent and determination, she soon landed a job at the company’s YouTube Headquarters in San Bruno. Her advice to girls who want to be successful on YouTube is to be true to your self. If you think something is interesting, funny or touching, chances are others are going to, as well.
