She has never met a girl who was unable to learn math, and says the key is to learn one step at a time and insist on help immediately, if you have any trouble before moving to the next step. Her team's important job is to make sure that NASA has an exact record of all the ever changing hardware and equipment that is being used on the International Space Station.
