Bio
Watch Helene Gayle, M.D., CEO of CARE, share how the education of girls is at the center of the work that her organization does to eliminate extreme poverty around the world. What she enjoys the most about her career is knowing that she is able to make a positive difference in the lives of people around the world. Her leadership advice to girls is to learn to be "comfortable in your own skin”. One of the most important trait of good leaders is authenticity – the sense of knowing who you are and being comfortable with it.
