Watch Susan V. Booth, Jennings Hertz Artist Director of Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, share why getting to work with artists every day makes her job so special. She encourages every girl to write a play and offers valuable tips on how to create one. Her advice for girls wanting to be taken seriously is to learn to find their natural speaking voice.
