Watch Jen Cohen, Vice President of Operations at Toyota Research Institute. She leads her teams to improve the safety of self-driving cars and develop robotics that helps older adults improve their quality of life. The most rewarding part of her job is solving problems and mentoring others to help them grow. Jen says that girls should consider a career in operations management if they like problem-solving and want to see a positive impact from their work. Her advice to girls is to pursue what interests you the most and don’t listen to anyone who tells you that you don’t belong.
