Watch Rachel Micah-Jones, an attorney, and the Founder and Executive Director of Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, Inc. She and her team work in Mexico and the US to support migrant worker organizing and advocacy. She finds her job rewarding because she knows that her work is making a difference in the lives of real people. Rachel thinks that girls should consider a career as an attorney because it allows you to fight for the things that you believe in. Her advice to girls is to believe in yourself, take risks, ask for help, and do your best.
