Watch Sandra Font, Business Director at Ace Women’s Business Center. She and her team help people to start and grow small businesses through financing, coaching, and support. She finds the most rewarding part of her work is helping women turn their dream of starting a business into reality. Sandra believes that girls should obtain a business degree because it gives you many options to specialize in many different industries, depending on what your interests are. Her advice to girls is always to be you, and surround yourself with people who are positive and will motivate you to be your best.
