Watch Louise Cousins, Creative Director at ITVS. She thinks girls should consider a career in broadcasting because they get to tell their stories to the world. It’s also very fun and every single day is different, Louise says. With a broadcasting career, you can get to travel and to work with very creative people: writers, editors and designers. Her advice to girls is don’t be afraid to be different and stand out from the crowd. That’s what moves the world, Louise says, and that’s what media and broadcasting are all about.
