Watch Paula Harris, President, Board of Trustees for the Houston Independent School District (HISD) and Director, Community Affairs for Schlumberger (the world's largest oilfield services company) discuss how her training as a petroleum engineer has led to an extraordinary career as a leader and problem solver. As President of the Board of Trustees for HISD she is drawing upon her corporate experience to lead the drive to improve student academic performance.
