Watch Devin Cook, Executive Producer and leader of the Inclusive Innovation Challenge, a million-dollar awards program for global entrepreneurs. Participants use technology to figure out ways to reinvent the future of work so that prosperity is shared more broadly in society. For Devin, the great part is working all year toward the annual awards ceremony and seeing participants with their trophies. Her advice to girls is: Trust your instincts. Don’t let anyone tell you what you should do or who you’re supposed to be. Girls might consider a career in economic development because it includes a wide range of career paths.
