Watch Pamela Alexander, Director of Community Development for the Ford Motor Company Fund, share how she enjoys “changing lives and changing perceptions” in the work that she does give back to communities around the world. One project that she is particularly proud of is the Smithsonian Institution's traveling exhibition “Freedom Sisters” which showcases the contributions of women to the struggle for Civil Rights.
