Bio
Watch Takako Ebata, Head of Governmental Affairs & Policy at Johnson & Johnson in Japan. In her job, she builds the network to shape the environment for their policy in the healthcare industry. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, she served as a member of the House of Representatives in Japan, which is part of the National Diet (national legislative body) of Japan. In that role, she is most proud of her legislative work around policies to help children. Her advice to girls is to find what you are both good at and have an interest in. Then, once you get started in a position, you can expand your skills and capabilities to continue moving forward in your career.
