Watch Ritu Mathur, Marketing Director at Clif Bar; she runs a brand which supports and champions women. She says her job is a perfect blend of being creative because she is involved with packaging design and colors, and marketing campaigns. Ritu also looks at the research and numbers – to be sure the company is hitting its targets from the business side as well. One great part is getting to lay out a strategy and vision for how she sees the brand growing. She says girls should consider a career in marketing because it’s as if you’re running your own business. Ritu’s advice to girls is: “Believe in yourself.”
