Watch Susan Williams, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Houston, discuss how an amazing teacher ignited a love in her of mathematics and puzzle solving. She is continuing the legacy of inspired teaching by training math and science teachers in the Teach Houston Program at the University of Houston. As an added bonus, we learn about the “Seven Bridges of Konisberg” as it relates to building networks and how Karl Friedrich Gauss invented a mathematical formula in third grade!
