Bio
Watch Alita Anderson, MD, Medical Writer and Principal at Eubio Medical Communications, share how she was able to combine her love of writing with a medical degree to create her dream career. While in Yale Medical School, this Atlanta native and Spelman College graduate wrote a book about African American women healers. It was then that she realized that she wanted to do something other than practice medicine, and with the help of an advisor decided to change course to her current profession. Her advice to girls is to know that you are precious, and to love, respect, and honor yourself.
