Watch Margaret McCalla, Meteorologist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), relate how her passion for geography, math and physics led her to the field of meteorology. She credits her experiences at Spelman College in Atlanta with instilling in her the confidence to take on any challenge and know that she can succeed. She also has a passion to help others to achieve, and as a tip for overcoming obstacles, she shares some sage advice that "it's a cinch by the inch, and it's hard by the yard".
