Watch Marta Tsehay Sewasew, Program Manager with the East Africa Regional Office in Addis Ababa. She coordinates project activities that focus on creating employment opportunities for youth and women in Ethiopia. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the impact that her work has on improving people’s lives. Marta says that girls should consider a career in social development because their work can change people’s lives and positively impact your community. Her advice to girls is to dream more and aspire more. You can accomplish so much if you work hard.
