Watch Jessica Hubley, cofounder and CEO of AnnieCannons, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming human trafficking survivors into software engineers by teaching them how to code and connecting them with income opportunities. The most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the amazing success stories from women who had been minimized by society and told that software engineering was not for them. Her advice to girls is to support and encourage each other. Think about each other as colleagues and companions – not as competitors.
