Bio
Watch Tonya Noble, Software Engineer and Systems Manager at Boeing’s Integrated Defense Systems Unit, share how her childhood love of playing Atari's “Miss PacMan” and writing programs for her computer led to a career designing and testing flight simulators to train pilots for newly developed military aircraft. She consults with pilots and leads a team of 20 engineers to use realistic video, audio, and movement to refine the flight simulator to the point where once the door is closed, everything from take off to landing feels just like flying a real airplane.
