Watch Rita Yau, Sr. Human Resources Manager for Toyota Research Institute. She works with her colleagues to build relationships, solve problems and help them to be successful in their careers. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing her colleagues work through difficult situations and sharing in the excitement of their success. Rita says that girls should consider a career in human resources if they are interested in helping to nurture others throughout their careers and building cohesive and successful teams. Her advice to girls is to know that hard work and perseverance pay off, push through whatever challenges you face, and you will come out as a better person.
